Looking for female house mate

I am looking for female house mate , i am a very busy person who works from home , I have a 10 year old son who also lives with me , I deal person will be someone who likes socialising but also prefer their own space .
I currently rent out the room on air b&b but I would prefer someone for long term .

The room is small but has everything inside including a coffee machine , opposite the room there is bathroom for you to use only .
This room is downstairs at the front of the house it’s away from our living area .
Main door is next to the room .
All bills included including internet .

Front drive parking available for 1 car and tube station is central line underground Buckhursthill 5 minutes walk from home .
