Room To Rent On Weekdays Burnham On Crouch

I am ideally looking for a contract worker to rent my spare room for the working week days.
The room is furnished with a single day bed which can be pulled out to convert it to a double.
Very quiet area, especally at night.
Shared bathroom.
WiFi included.
I like to think that I am very easy to get along with, I’m quite laid back and I’m neat and tidy. I am out at work all day and then I usually like to go to bed reasonably early so I wouldn’t be in your hair.
I’d like £100 per week, but could come to an arrangement if it was a long term agreement or if you would only be staying a few nights a week.
There is a tv in the room. All bed linen and towels etc will be supplied.
Smokers ok, but no smoking in the house.
There is street parking available.

Must be ok with dogs as I have a small pooch, she is quite old now but she’s friendly.
