All bills are included in the price. I have Sky Q and fibre broadband. You will have use of the drive, shared living/dining room, kitchen and 4 piece bathroom, use of the garden, washing machine and tumble dryer. Your own kitchen cupboards and seperate fridge freezer for your own food.
House has CCTV cameras.
The bedroom is fully furnished with an ottoman double bed and a large wardrobe with drawers. There is an aerial lead in the room for a TV.
