Double Room Quiet Part Of Canvey

Double room: brand new carpet, double bed with draw storage, wardrobe, bedside table.

If you have your own furniture I can remove the items that are already here.

No smoking please and no pets, although I could be persuaded on the pets if they don’t pee on or scratch anything lol

I have 2 spaces on the drive and two at the rear of the property, so plenty of parking. Fairly big garden.

I work a lot so am not home that much, but I do get up early so need quiet at night

It’s Just me and my 7 year old daughter here, although she stays at her dads around 50% of the time. She is quiet and well behaved.
