Room will be available From beginning/mid March. I have to offer, a larger than average double room. The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, 3 door wardrobe, large chest of draws and a chair. There is still also plenty of room for additional furniture. .It has a large window looking onto a very large south facing garden, the window also has a black out blind and curtains.

The house is a lovely smoke free house and pet free house, walking distance to the beach, and a short distance to Benfleet station with direct links to London.
I am a 34 year old female head teacher, hoping to share my home with someone looking to also make friends. I pride myself in my home, and am exceptionally clean, friendly, bubbly and welcoming.
