I am a Live in landlord who works from home with a single room fully furnished with double bed, Wardrobe, drawers, TV and Sky HQ.
You have your own Fridge and Freezer and share of washing machine, Tumble Dryer, oven and Dishwasher.
Bedding is available but if you prefer to bring your own that is fine. Towels I would prefer you bring your own please.
Situated on Canvey Seafront Parking available and bus routes either side of Seaview Road.
All bills included except the land line and facilities to be shared. Bathroom and Kitchen. Broad band available.
Must be working full time.
Someone who is a dog lover I have a lively and very friendly King Charles Spaniel we would like someone who will interact occasionally with both of us.
