THIS IS ONLY A MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET.
But will consider someone staying 2 weekends a month . which would add extra £70 to the £480.
£480 is for monday to friday .
I have my grandson stay 2 weekends Friday to Sunday which is why I need 2 weekends
ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN RENT PLUS INTERNET.
NON SMOKER ONLY.
MUST BE IN FULLTIME WORK .and going out to work at least 5 days a week .
Also must not be working from home.
It is a clean beautiful homely modern spacious home with parking.
Double size bedroom with double bed and 3 door wardrobe and two 2 drawer cabinets and tv with firestick.
Bedding and towels provided.
Has all kitchen amenities with everything you need for cooking.
Shared bathroom which is kept very clean.
I am quiet and keep myself to myself most of the time but still sociable but respect each others space and privacy .
Just like my own space to chill and watch tv at end of the day.
Opposite beach and bus stop outside that goes to Benfleet station.
Open to short lets.
