Spacious double room immediate occupancy

Looking for a female housemate to rent a spacious double bedroom in a ground floor flat. The room is furnished and includes a built in wardrobe as well as laminate floors.
The housemate will be sharing the flat with myself, my two year old daughter and our pet cat. There is a smoking area outside the flat and smoking in the flat is not permitted. To safeguard my daughter I do not allow men to sleepover. I do not currently have broadband as it’s just myself but this can be changed if needed. As it’s just a two bedroom, im looking for someone who will get along with myself and my daughter.
