Hi. I have for rent, A LARGE DOUBLE ROOM SHARE opportunity located in Chadwell Heath. You’ll be sharing the room with myself the landlord though I’ll only occasionally be staying over nights & using more for work during the day or if I fancy watching a film or sports now & again on the big screen tv!

The entire flat has undergone a recent renovation & has all new appliances & freshly painted walls etc.

The location is superb. The nearest train station is Goodmayes (Zone 4) and is only 20 mins away from London Liverpool St Station or 10 mins to Stratford International. It is also located an equal distance from Chadwell Station (Zone 5). Both are a 10 mins walk from the flat.

The local area offers a 24hr Tesco Extra, Lidl, Iceland as well as several restaurants such as Costa Coffee, Nandos, a 24hr gym, a park with tennis & basketball courts and play area all within a 5 minute walk from the flat. The 86 bus also stops directly outside the flat.

The flat itself is in excellent condition, and very clean throughout. The room is fully furnished and contains a double bed, desk, wardrobe & large corner sofa too. There are wood floors layed throughout, as well as access to high speed internet WI-FI. The flat is fully double-glazed throughout and is very warm in the winter months. There is also several designated off-street parking spaces available too on Essex Road.

The rent is £70 payable weekly in advance along with an upfront security deposit of £500. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED within the rent. This is an excellent roomshare opportunity.

We are after a responsible, polite and clean individual only. You must ideally be a student or a working professional and able to produce the following:

- Photo ID eg drivers licence or passport
- Proof of current address eg bank statement/utility bill (must be dated within the last 3 months)
- Latest pay slip
- Latest bank statement (showing your salary/wages going in)
- Employers reference (upon request)
- Landlord reference (upon request)
