It is a lovely Sikh family home and not far from Chadwell Heath and Goodmayes Stations, both running new Elizabeth trains that get you to central London in 20 minutes. There is an outlet 2 minutes away with shops like lidl, iceland and kfc, puregym and a big tesco. Very good commute to central London. There are 2 small well behaved primary school aged children in the household with strict routines. There is a shared bathroom with a cleaner who comes to clean during the weekends. Other than that it's quiet residential area with friendly neighbours and house mates.

Access to a shared tumble dryer and washing machine use; price includes all bills. And access to a big garden. Looking for working/ professional like minded female person. Shared Fridge and Freezer.
