Thus, we prefer a quiet working professional, this room is not for intended for couples, the kitchen and lavatory is shared with two people.
The third individual is living upstairs with own kitchen and lavatory.
The price is £400, but it may be negotiable.
The room is furnished with a cupboard, we are intending to remove, unless one likes to retain it.
Bed can be arranged if required with adequate notice.
In the case if you bring you own bed we may reduce the required deposit.
