The flat is a 3 bed flat with live in landlord.

Two rooms are occupied by a Gay male couple and the other by a single Gay man.

All 3 of us are proffesionals in work and are really easy to get on with.

There is a communal front room that is decorated to a high standard and has a large sofa TV dining table that we all enjoy and is used alot. The whole flat is in good condition. Currently undergoing work in the kitchen to make it more up to date. The flat has parking on street and has lovely neighbours. Wifi also available at no further cost.
