Small single room available in friendly, clean and tidy well kept house. 5 minutes walk to Chadwell Heath Station (20 minutes to Liverpool Street Station). All local amenities around the corner. All bills inclusive including high speed internet.

The room includes a single bed, wardrobe and small wall mounted TV with wall shelves. The room is small, however there is a large lounge to relax in as well as a conservatory, fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, washing machine etc, first floor bathroom and separate shower, additional WC on the ground floor and lovely well kept garden.

Living with 2 young female professionals and a young male professional. All keep the house clean and tidy and are really friendly!
