A double room has become available to rent in Grays, Chadwell St Mary's.

It is a clean home, with 1professionals at current.
I am looking for a 2nd person who will occupy the third bedroom, they will have access to 2 bathrooms which will be shared with 1 other individual. You will also have access to a shared dinning room and garden

2 spaces on the drive and additional on street parking available; Close to the A13, and lakeside.
Short 2 minute walk to bus stop.

There is a living room.

Short 15 minute drive to lakeside, and 8 minute drive to a large supermarket. Shops are a short 10 minute walk away.

Room is furnished as seen in photos.
All bills included; with expectation to be reasonable with gas and electric.

Couples will not be considered for the room
