Single Room with Separate Bathroom, Toilet, Garden

Hi! I am looking for a subtenant to rent a single room with a private bathroom. You will only be sharing the flat with me. I am abroad most of the year however I often let some friends stay in my room as guests when they are in the UK.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, measuring 7.4 m². Currently, there is a foldable double bed and a chest of drawers in it.

You will have access to a separate bathroom with a toilet, as well as the kitchen and living room. The flat has direct access to the garden and secure parking in a gated lot with a barrier.

Please note that we have limited storage space in the flat.

No children, smoking, or pets are allowed. Your contract will be as a lodger and not a tenant.

Bills are included in the monthly rental price; however, this may be reviewed if usage is excessive. Professionals are preferred.

An additional person is £100 per month.

The location is great, close to a petrol station, Bannatyne fitness, Sainsbury's, and Lakeside Shopping Center. It’s a 5-minute walk to Chafford Hundred C2C station.
