Nice single room to rent with your own bathroom - 35 minutes from Fenchurch Street, close links to M25, Lakeside and Bluewater shopping centres. There is a bus route to Grays, Basildon, Brentwood and Romford. Chafford Hundred and Grays rail links very close by and within walking distance. Lady house owner who lives with my 12 year old son. I work full-time and my son is at secondary school. We also have two lovely Jack Russell dogs who are very well behaved and only allowed downstairs in the house - its a normal family home with a bit of hustle and bustle but we are very friendly and welcoming.
