Hi, we have a single room available in a townhouse a short walk from Chelmsford station.

The room is in good decorative condition and contains a Single bed, a wardrobe plus chest of draws.

It is a a clean and tidy house, with 3 showers and toilets. It has a kitchen that has breakfast bar, washing machine, microwave toaster etc. Plus a dishwasher.

There is also a pleasant garden.

It is a quiet house, not a party house, we are looking for a tidy and considerate tenant.

The existing tenants start work early in the morning and go to bed early ate night, so I am looking for someone with a similar schedule.
