Double room to rent-Short walk to town and station

A double room to rent in a nice old house in a good location, my current housemate is moving out in mid-June, so will be available then

15 min walk (off-road through Central Park) or five min cycle to town centre and train station (30 min commute into Liverpool Street, City of London).

There is a bus stop a few mins walk away. Corner shop two min walk, Tesco express five min walk and supermarkets two min drive.

On and off road parking.

The room is furnished with bed, comfy mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe type area as per pic, but furniture can be removed if you have your own.

All Bills and WiFi included in rent which is £525 per month.

The house would suit a very clean and tidy mature working professional who’s easy to get along with, looking for a quiet chilled place, sociable but also enjoying own space
