YOUR ROOM

We have a big, bright, first floor double ensuite bedroom becoming available over the next few weeks. See video, first room at top of the stairs. The room is double glazed and furnished with a faux leather double ottoman bed for extra storage, bedside cabinet, a large wardrobe, and a matching desk with chair. Each room has 4 double power sockets and wired TV and data outlets.

THE HOUSE

The house has a stylish open-plan kitchen/diner and utility room equipped with a beautiful range cooker and Bosch appliances. Relax at the breakfast bar or put your feet up in the living room and watch the Samsung Smart TV. Double doors open on to a sunny but secluded patio and large garden that has a rotary dryer, and a lockable bike shed. A secure back gate opens on to road with the bus stop just a few steps away. There is plenty of off-road and on-road parking.

Double-glazed windows and central heating boiler and radiators give warmth when needed, and the mega flow running the hot water means that you will always have a powerful shower on tap! The house is served by high speed super fast fibre broadband, running at about 50 mbps and, with a strong Wifi signal throughout. Ideal for home working. Safety is paramount, and the house has been designed and equipped to meet or exceed all Government safety standards, with wired interlinked smoke alarms, fire protected doors and emergency lighting.

Each week there is a cleaner who comes in and will look after all of the communal areas, and your room by separate arrangement. We also have an on-call maintenance man should any problems arise.

LOCATION

The house is ideally situated close to numerous amenities and transport links, and only a mile or so away from the City and Chelmsford station. Close to Broomfield Hospital.
