Large Double Room

We have a large double room coming available in a really friendly house share, located in the centre of Chelmsford. The rent includes all bills, high speed WIFI, a full time Maintenance Manager to fix any problems and to maintain the property to a high standard. We also have a professional weekly cleaning.

We are looking for a professional tenant who can provide a guarantor, please note we only allow one full time tenant per room (no couples)

The house benefits from two communal bathrooms and an additional wc shared between 4 rooms.
