We have a large double room to let in a town house in Sunrise Avenue, that has just been refurbished with a new bed and carpets. The house is just 20 minutes walk to Uni/town. We are looking for a considerate person who can fit into this quiet and tidy house share.

Hi, we have a double room available in a townhouse 20 minutes walk to Uni/town.

The room is in good decorative condition and contains a double bed, a wardrobe plus chest of draws.

This room will be available from the 10th March.

It has a kitchen that has breakfast bar, washing machine, microwave toaster etc.

There is also a garden.

It is a quiet house, not a party house, we are looking for a tidy and considerate tenant.
