We are looking for a professional working individual who is respectful of the other house members and the property.
Please be aware we do not accept students, children, pets, couples, smokers/vapors or friends sharing a room and you must be working full-time.

The room has its own TV arial socket for you to use and is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and desk and chair.
Rent is 6200 pcm inclusive of bills and weekly cleaner.

The house is bright, light and beautifully refurbished to a high standard and is located on the popular West side of Chelmsford.

Our house is designed to feel like YOUR home, not just another rented room and is comfortably furnished and has the following:

• A recently fitted fully equipped kitchen with microwave, 2 x fridge/freezers, crockery, pots and pans.

• A cleaner visits each week for all communal rooms.
