Hi, I am a live in landlady and have a small double room to rent in my Victorian house 5 minutes walk into town, approximately 15/20 mins walk from the station and University.
I have a 21 year old son who is away at university and occasionally comes home for a visit.
I also have a very friendly dog, so you must be a dog lover. I also have two chickens at the end of the garden, so there are often fresh eggs.
I work in Chelmsford and do shift work, but not very early or late.
I am friendly and sociable, but also like my own space.
I am looking for someone who is relatively quiet, either a professional or a student.
