You would be sharing with other 3 female tenants this really spacious house which has been fully refurbished to a very high standard. There is a huge 90' secluded rear garden, 70 sq mtrs of common areas downstairs (living rooms, kichen, entrance, conservatory, utility room) and off-street parking. Every room has its own bathroom, there are 2 eating areas and 2 sofa areas. The kitchen has lots of storage, and there are 2 fridges to share between the 4 tenants.

ALL BILLS are INCLUDED, comprising 500 Mb fibre broadband and weekly cleaning of common areas.

There is a really quiet and good atmosphere in the house, currently there are 3 proffesional females and we seek for a proffesional female who is quiet, respectful, tidy, clean and easy going to complete the household. We would like the new occupant to also feel like at home there.
