A bit about our house - downstairs - ALL of which is for the use of all the housemates we have a kitchen/diner and separate large lounge with access to the garden, as well as a separate utility room with free use of both washing machine and tumble drier as well as a downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen has loads of storage space, oven, hob, microwave and two fridge/freezers. The bright large lounge is really comfortable and homely and has ample quality seating and two patio doors opening onto the garden and a 65" TV. The large patio with its table and chairs is great for BBQs in the summer. It also has a large TV and Sky is provided free of charge! Free high speed fibre broadband is available throughout the house.

So basically you just pay the rent and that's that!

The property has its own adjacent garage - which is ideal for storing bikes and if you have a car there is plenty of free parking outside.

This is a fully licensed property so is regularly checked and all tenants are issued with AST contracts. The house also has a fully integrated zoned fire alarm system to ensure tenant safety at all times.
