Hi. I am a gay dad with 3 children who live with me, ages 16, 13, and 2. I have had 3 lodgers over the past 6yrs. You must fit in with a family house, and aged between 16-28. The younger age fits in with my children better. You must respect noise levels and be tidy. You will have a lovely large double room with garden access, highly furnished and decorated, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a smart TV also USB point. We have excellent broadband and all bills are included. We live on Chancellor Park in Chelmsford, so very close to Asda and the retail park. There are good bus routes to town, and excellent paths for walkers or cyclists. I am down to earth, and my kids are great. Our lodgers stay with us for long periods. Our house is very modern and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate WC. You will have use of kitchen facilities. They also really made me feel so at home, I didn't have the best childhood but now I'm off on another journey in the Army. Tony and family will be greatly missed and I will visit as often as possible.
