We have a very large en-suite room available in our modern 3 story town house. The house is under 1 mile from Chelmsford City Centre and the Train Station, both can be reached by a pleasant walk or cycle on the riverside path.
The room has a king sized double bed has plenty of wardrobe & drawer space. There is a large flat screen tv with Netflix & Freeview and a comfy sofa that converts into a double bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower, wc and wash basin. The hallway between the bedroom and en-suite has a bureau and can be used to work from. The room and en-suite are accessed from a door off the main hallway and this lends a high degree of natural privacy.
There is super-fast fibre optic broadband throughout the house with on & off street parking to the front of the house. We also rent rooms in 2 separate rental properties and have let this room in our own house on and off for the last 3 to 4 years and so we are comfortable with sharing our space with others. We are ideally seeking a Monday to Friday let and may consider a short term let on a full 7 day basis.
You would have full access and use of the kitchen & dining facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher. The rear garden gives access to the garage with a patio area and patio furniture with the use of a gas BBQ in the summer months. The rent is £650pcm inclusive of all bills.
