Hiya, I’m moving out of my 2 bed maisonette in Chelmsford city centre (Cm1 1qf). You would be sharing with one male, who is 22 years old - very lovely, respectful and clean guy. The rent and bills are split 50/50 which works out to be roughly £550 a month. It’s over two floors so each person has their own space! The property has two double bedrooms, a shared living room, two bathrooms, and a shared kitchen with lots of storage cupboards throughout!
