Small double room in homely share house

One small double room available in a 3 bed house. Large open plan lounge and dining room with comfy sofa.
The room comes with a large wardrobe in.

There is 2 bathrooms in the property (one upstairs with bath+shower, one downstairs toilet), washing machine, large garden.

The bills are paid by us and split between the three, around £90 a month.

We both work shifts so are looking for a considerate housemate who is also a working professional.

When we are both at home we enjoy having dinner and watching movies together, so someone friendly who would like to join us would be a bonus .

The house is under a 20 minute walk to train station, close to central park and Hylands park, walking distance to Tesco's and Aldis.

We also have a kitten called Nacho who is friendly and playful.
