Large double room with balcony

I am trying to find someone to replace me in a contract at this house share. I’m leaving due to personal reasons...thanks COVID...
The house has a lovely bunch of quiet respectful people.
There are 2 bathrooms, shared kitchen and living room, garden and parking at the front on a first come first serve basis. WiFi provided. Weekly cleaner of communal areas included in rent. Location is great to get to the train station or town centre.
The room itself is large, it comes with a double bed (very comfortable mattress), wardrobe and chest of drawers, with a lovely little alcove for an extra bit of storage. The balcony looks out to a stream and trees, and in the summer is very private.
