Double Room For Rent

2 bed house.. Shared kitchen and living room. Bathroom although not en-suite there are 2 bathrooms in the property so we don’t hAve to share. There is garage space for parking. Local area is quiet with shops within walking distance town centre is a 10 min drive in or local buses also available.
I work during the week but around weekends. Keep myself to myself sometimes have friends over during weekends. Clean and tidy is a must. Viewing is encouraged.
