Large en-suite loft room in Chelmsford

This loft room is en-suite, and you’ve got the whole of the top floor, it’s light and airy, as well as being a bit more secluded from the main house.

The room is a very generous size, and furnished with 2x three-drawer units, a triple wardrobe, a large desk and a dressing table/tv stand. It’s also got a double bed (with a comfy mattress) and bedside tables.

The house has super-fast broadband throughout, and all utility bills and council tax are included. There isn’t a TV provided, but there is a TV aerial point in your room, and the WiFi is great for using a FireStick or AppleTV. There is on-street parking available, and you can normally get a space right outside the front door.

Our current household compromises myself and my partner, (I work shifts and he works away a lot), so it’s generally very quiet, although I do have guests staying. There are also two well-pampered cats; Tinkerbell and Stitch.

At the moment a cleaner comes in fortnightly to do all the communal areas, although you are responsible for clearing up after yourself on a day-to-day basis, and also for your bedroom and en-suite.

I’m happy if you’d like to work-from-home for a day or two a week, as there is a desk in the room, but not someone who is a permanent home worker.

An ideal new house mate would be a professional female who likes cats and to share a social evening occasionally!
