1 double room with a live in landlord

Double room to rent in my 2 bed flat, recently redecorated, fully furnished, viewings available from here on out, available to start from 1st January, built in wardrobe just outside the bedroom, must like dogs, parking available at the front of the building, broadband and bills included, access to virgin tv, no couples or students, can only promise 6 months stay as my situation could change possibly in the summer
