Price includes all bills and there’s virgin media, 1gb internet etc.

The room has a large brand new ikea wardrobe with built in drawers. There’s also a double bed. But you’ll need to buy a mattress.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, one of which will be yours, but it’s not an en-suite. (It’s a whole 4 steps away!)

There’s no parking at the flat, but you can rent a space down the road.

Note: I have a small (v well behaved) French bulldog.
