You will be sharing the family sized bathroom with just 2 other rooms (as 2 rooms in the house have en-suites)
There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor, so no queuing in the morning!

Large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. Dishwasher, 2 Fridge/freezers, microwave, pots and pans etc.

Separate utility room with washer/dryer.

Large garden to enjoy the sunshine. We provide a gardener during the spring/summer/autumn, so you can enjoy using it rather than doing the gardening.

The rent includes all bills, council tax, weekly cleaner for communal areas of the house and a gardener to mow the lawn fortnightly in the spring/summer months.
