Room rates are £545 for the slightly smaller of the two rooms and £559pcm for the larger room room rates are inclusive of bills and weekly cleaner and fast Wi-Fi.

Our house is designed to feel like YOUR home, not just another rented room and is comfortably furnished and has the following:

• A recently installed fully equipped kitchen with microwave, 2 x fridge/freezers, dishwasher, crockery, pots and pans.

• A brand new washer/dryer.

• Communal lounge area.

• A cleaner visits each week for all communal rooms.

• 2 great bathrooms/shower rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

• There is a nice decked back garden so you can enjoy the sun

• Fast Wireless broadband, council tax, Gas/elect/water rates & weekly cleaner are all included in the rent.

• All rooms have their own TV ariel socket

Our standard rental agreement length is 6 months.
Shorter terms are by special arrangement and will be at a premium rent of +25% on our standard rents.
To move in you will need 1 months rent in advance + a deposit (equivalent to 1 months rent) In some circumstances we require a Guarantor.
