Spare room available in springfield

I’m a professional male who works full time at BMW . I will have my 4 year old son living with me a week at a time every other week.
The House is close to many shops including Tesco express and Sainsbury’s local. There is a Bus stop at the top of the road for easy access to chelmsford town.
Room is currently furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe or draws can be purchased by myself if they are needed.
The room also comes with an its own bathroom.
The kitchen benefits from having a dish washer and a tumble dryer.
The House has sky tv and broadband.
You will have full use of the kitchen and garden.
There is also an office space available next to the rented room for a small monthly fee.
