All current Housemate are professionals or students, and they keep the shared areas tied and clean. The sheared area of the house is weekly cleaned.

The room can only be rented if you can meet the following points:
• 1 month Deposit upfront- £775;
• Minimum stay 6 Months;
• 3 Months bank statement;
• For Students Only, 6 months rent paid Upfront – not negotiable;
• Right to rent in accordance with UK regulations;
• No Children and Pets (in accordance with the UK regulation and Insurance)
• Two people or Couple can rent the room for additional £100 per month, which increases the deposit and monthly rent to £875
• Parties are not allowed in this house. Tenants must always respect each other and the neighbours.
• Parking is available for additional £25 more per month - Total monthly rent for a single + car = £800 ; Total monthly rent for a couple + car = £900

Currently the room is furnished with a single bed, 3 Doors Wardrobe, Desk and chair, 1 side bed and a LED TV (24 or 32 inch). We are happy to accommodate your request if you need additional or less furniture.

There is parking on the street allocated for the double room for additional £25 more per month
