Hello! The house has two furnished, double bedrooms with one shared bathroom, garden and driveway with space for 2 cars. It’s located a 5 minute walk from town and 10 minute walk from station, making it a great spot for commuters or anyone working in Chelmsford. There’s a shared living room and kitchen with a dining table big enough for 2 people to wfh.

Housemates must be respectful and clean, no couples and pets would be considered (very dependant).

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed with 4 built in drawers, wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king size bed that could fold away into a single. It has a built in storage cupboard, wardrobes and bedside table.
