ACCOMMODATION
Double room 4m x 3m, recently redecorated; double bed, single occupancy only. Good storage space.

All utilities, heating and WIFI are included. The house is warm and dry.

Use of the kitchen - where you should eat - is included. Please note: I am vegetarian. The bathroom, just opposite the bedroom, is yours to use and keep clean.

LOCATION
Only 15-20 minutes’ walk through the park to the train station and city centre; access to A12 and A414. It is a lovely area to live, countryside nearby and a large, peaceful garden. Street parking is always available. Cycle storage.

PRICE
Rent - payable weekly, in advance.

I am single and work varied hours as a tutor. I engage in various activities and hobbies when I have the time.
