King bed w/ en-suite - Beaulieu

Looking to rent out a spare room in my house. It has a King-sized bed with private en-suite shower room, in Beaulieu.

House is quite large with shared kitchen-diner, living room, garden etc. We won’t get under each other’s feet.

Lots of outside space which is great in the summer! 5 minute walk to the parade of shops at Beaulieu and about a 5-10 min drive into town.

I have 3 small dogs who are friendly. They are NOT left at home when I’m at work.

I work from home and in London throughout the week.

House is clean and tidy so I’m looking for someone who is neat and clean please.

Parking space available on the driveway. No permit required.

I have a gym in the house and you are welcome to use this if you wish.

I have high-speed internet, Sky TV in the living room, washing machine / dryer, you can have your own oven. Bedroom is furnished.

I am a gay male, 38, so you obvs need to be okay with that. Happy to socialise/hang out but not essential.
