Hi,

I am a neat and tidy professional who enjoys going to the gym, cooking and just having a good time!
My home has recently been renovated to a high standard and you will have a large double bedroom and mostly will have access to the main bathroom which is fitted with a free-standing bath and standalone shower. All I ask is that you treat my home like your own and look after it respectfully.

All bills are included, fibre optics broadband + council tax.

I have a beautiful well-behaved dog, in which you are more than welcome to make friends with. She is not allowed upstairs, and just chills most of the time :-).

Very close to the town center and train station. Perfect location really.

The room is currently partly furnished, wardrobes furniture etc will be purchased once I start interviewing!
