We are family of 4 and have a 6 bedroom house, which is quite big for us hence letting this room out. It’s on a second floor which is the empty floor so essentially you will be the only one living on that floor ( it has 2 other bedrooms). We are vegetarian family and would only be able to accommodate vegetarian/vegan person.
House is located in secure gated community, we have huge garden and garage, parking for one car will be available.
Have good parks around , bus stop is right outside of the house, it’s convenient to go to ARU or train station.
Only available for single occupancy.
It’s furnished with a double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers, desk, chair, newly installed carpet.
