All bills are included, and I have an extra allocated parking space if you have a car.

The room is furnished with ample storage, and the bed is brand new. Unfortunately there isn’t space to fit a desk; so it wouldn’t suit someone who needs to work from home.

Open to short term stays.
No couples.
Unfortunately no pets allowed due to allergies.
