Spacious furnished double with own bathroom

I am looking for a clean and tidy single professional to rent my furnished double bedroom available with built in wardrobes, and own use of bathroom.
The house is very spacious with an office, utility room, living room and reception. Parking available at the front of the house or in the car port. Close to shops and bus station - 10/15 min to the train station.
Nice garden at the back with seating area and bbq to enjoy the summer days.

You will be sharing the house with myself. I work in the office twice a week. I am quite active, love cooking, and chilling on the sofa with Netflix and a glass of wine.
