Located in CM1, the house is a 5-minute walk to the train station, 3 minutes to the bus station, and 10 minutes to Chelmsford High Street, providing easy access to transport and local amenities.

The house features 1.5 bathrooms (a full bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet, plus a separate toilet) shared among occupants. WiFi and water are included, while electricity and gas are billed separately.

The house is currently home to two tidy, working professionals in their 20s. We’re looking for a professional or student who would be a good fit for a friendly and quiet household.
