I have a spacious fully furnished double bedroom in a modern conveniently located flat in Chelmsford. You will have your own large private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, heated floors and heated towel rack. The flat has gorgeous oak flooring, white walls, triple-glazed windows and lots of natural light. This is a corner unit on the 5th floor of a building with an accessible lift. The flat is luxurious and feels private, spacious and bright. There is no noise from neighbours or the streets below, it is incredibly quiet. There is underfloor heating throughout and the building is very well insulated. There is a new washer/dryer and tons of storage space in the utility room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, full-size fridge and freezer, electric stove and oven, and again a lot of storage space.

There is a 24hr concierge and security team which makes receiving packages seamless and ensures there is always someone onsite if needed.

Location is perfect!
3-min walk to the train station and a short walk to the city centre. There are trains to London Liverpool Street every 15min. This is honestly the perfect flat if you are commuting into London or elsewhere in Essex/Suffolk/Norwich as the train is literally steps from the building. My experience has been the trains in this area are very reliable for commuting.

There is so much green space, communal gardens, and a nearby park. The building is also pet friendly.

There are multiple gyms and fitness clubs within a few minutes walk. The ARU main campus is a 10-min walk away. There is a public library across the street.

Onsite parking in a secure underground parking garage is available if needed.

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy until July 2025. You will be sharing with a female professional in her mid 20s and she would prefer to share with another female flatmate. Rent is £780. Bills including council tax are ~£180.
