I am a very clean, lovely and quiet individual looking to share my space with a nice person who likes a very clean space. I work from home and enjoy my flat being quiet. My ideal lodger will be quiet, clean, respectful of my place and easy to live with. If you are looking for a party home, this is not for you. If you are looking for a home away from home, then this is the right fit. I appreciate my space and keep to myself most times but can be chatty if pulled up for one.
Ps: 10 mins walk to the station, 5mins walk to the town centre, walkable distance to the Uni and easy access to local amenities
