It is situated on the first floor and is fully furnished with comfortable double bed and headboard, double wardrobe, small chest of drawers and desk and office chair and TV point.
We are looking for a professional to come and join us in this really lovely house. Beautifully equipped, well maintained and sharing with some great people. We are all professional, respect each other, yet like to socialise to make it really feel like a home.

A bit about our house - downstairs - all of which is for the use of all the housemates we have a large lounge (no extra bedroom squashed into what is our lounge like so many HMO’s, particularly in Chelmsford!) Plus a cloakroom, large kitchen/diner and separate utility room. This is equipped with a Bosch washing machine and new tumble drier - both free to use.
The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and two fridge/freezers.
The bright large comfortable lounge is really homely and has ample quality seating. It also has a large 65" TV and Sky is provided free of charge! The garden is accessed from two sets of patio doors from the lounge which has a large paved patio area and raised deck. Great for BBQs in the summer.
Free super high speed full fibre broadband is also available throughout the house.
So what’s included?
- All bills (Council tax, electricity, gas, water)
- super fast fibre broadband with Sky TV
- cleaner
So basically you just pay the rent and that's that!
The property also has its own adjacent garage - which is ideal for storing bikes and if you have a car there is plenty of free off road parking outside.
The house is located just a 12 minute walk from Chelmsford Station or a lot less if riding a bike!.
The house is fully licensed with zoned fire alarms to ensure tenant safety at all times.
