The room comes furnished with a single bed & mattress, desk and chair, large wardrobe with mirror and a shoe rack. Flat is in a convenient Location:
Train Station - 10 mins walk
Central Park - 3 mins walk
Close to Shops and bus stops
ARU - less than 30mins walk.
Lodger will be sharing flat with me(a female professional) who works from home, clean and quiet. I am looking to share my flat with a lodger who appreciates a clean and quiet environment. Someone that is friendly, easy-going, respectful, tidy and clean. If you are looking for a party flat, I am afraid this wouldn't be suitable for you.
Lodger will have a fridge freezer to themselves, bathroom, living room and kitchen will be shared. Kitchen comes furnished.

PS: Price for room can be reviewed for monday - friday stay.
